Please read these terms carefully before using btk33. By accessing the platform you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by all conditions set out below.

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the btk33 website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). btk33 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in the Bangladesh market. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account. btk33 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the btk33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

  • You are at least 21 years of age. Online casino and sports betting are restricted to adults aged 21 and above. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement and consent to age verification checks carried out by btk33 at any time.
  • You are registering and accessing the Platform entirely on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
  • You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law, including any jurisdiction that has explicitly blocked or banned access to services of the type offered by btk33.
  • You are not an employee, agent, contractor, or family member of an employee or contractor of btk33, its holding companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities.
  • You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason, including a self-exclusion request that remains in effect.

btk33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending the completion of verification.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the btk33 Platform, you must register for an individual account. You may hold only one account at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any information that is subsequently found to be false, misleading, or incomplete may result in account suspension without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. btk33 will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to request your full password. You must:

  • Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
  • Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or any third-party agent.
  • Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
  • Notify btk33 support immediately by email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

btk33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations above. Any activity conducted from your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified btk33 of an unauthorised access event in writing prior to that activity occurring.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

btk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, BRAC Bank transfer, and selected card methods including Visa and Mastercard where available. btk33 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. All payment transactions must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the Platform:

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is subject to the limits displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction and may be updated at any time.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have their withdrawal requests delayed or declined until verification is successfully completed.
  • btk33 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 or on any transaction that triggers our internal risk management systems. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. If this is not possible, btk33 will contact you to arrange an alternative method that is still registered in your name.

btk33 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees according to their own terms of service, over which btk33 has no control. You are advised to check the fee schedule of your chosen payment method before initiating a transaction.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

btk33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

  • Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT. Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement or rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual bonus offer.
  • Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in each offer. Certain game categories (including but not limited to live dealer games and certain progressive jackpot slots) may not contribute to or may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements.
  • A player may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the additional bonuses being voided.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except through the normal wagering process.
  • btk33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to void any bonus or associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, by exploiting a technical error, or in violation of these Terms.

btk33 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated software to generate artificial play. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended immediately and all associated balances will be forfeited.

5. Responsible Gaming

btk33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all members. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. btk33 recognises that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and the Platform provides a suite of tools to help members stay in control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered members via the account settings panel:

  • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
  • Session time reminders: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration, helping you track time spent on the Platform.
  • Time-out: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is suspended for gaming and betting activity while remaining accessible for withdrawal of existing balances.
  • Self-exclusion: Permanently or for a defined period of at least six months, exclude yourself from accessing the Platform for gaming or betting purposes. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. To request self-exclusion, contact our support team at [email protected].

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btk33 Platform. Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances without refund:

  • Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information, or impersonating another individual.
  • Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
  • Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players, sharing information about cards or outcomes in real-time, or engaging in any form of match-fixing in relation to sports markets offered on the Platform.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known or suspected software error are void and subject to clawback.
  • Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.

btk33 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform. Accounts suspected of involvement in illegal activity may be suspended without notice and all associated funds may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the btk33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of btk33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of btk33.

The btk33 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement actionable under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btk33 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not btk33 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

btk33 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy or completeness of any content, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. btk33's aggregate liability to any individual member for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

9. Amendments to These Terms

btk33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, btk33 will endeavour to notify registered members by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform interface, though this notification is provided as a courtesy and does not affect the binding nature of the updated Terms.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting support.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and digital services in the jurisdiction in which btk33 is operated. In the event of a dispute between you and btk33 regarding the Platform, your account, or any transaction, you must first contact the btk33 support team in writing at [email protected] and allow a period of not less than 30 days for the dispute to be resolved informally before escalating the matter further. btk33 aims to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently. The decision of btk33's dispute resolution team, following a full review of the relevant evidence, shall be final and binding on both parties.
